Epitope prediction

The first step of the prediction pipeline is to specify the protein sequence(s) for which predictions should be performed. You have four options to input sequences: retrieve sequences from the Swiss-Prot or RefSeq database, upload a file in Fasta format, or paste your own sequences. Click on Help for details. Click on the submit button on the bottom of this page to display all requested or pasted sequences.

More than 99 sequences pasted at once will cause an error. We are working on that problem. Sorry for the inconvenience!
